What to include
To help us answer faster, let us know which of these best describes your message:
- Bug report — tell us which tool, what you uploaded (file type and roughly how large), and what went wrong. Screenshots help a lot.
- Feature request — a tool you'd like to see, or a way an existing one could work better for your use case.
- Privacy or data request — questions about how your files or browsing data are handled, or a request to exercise your rights under our Privacy Policy (including GDPR requests if you're in the EU/EEA).
- Business or partnership inquiry — press, advertising, or collaboration with QuickPDFTools or another HelloBrivio product.
